Responsibilities
• Building and managing your own contract desk within Data & AI
• Developing new client relationships while expanding existing accounts
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through placement and extension
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, rates, and hiring strategy
• Maintaining strong relationships with contractors, ensuring high-quality delivery and repeat business
• Collaborating with colleagues across New York and the wider U.S. business
Skills
• An experienced 360 recruiter, ideally with contract recruitment experience
• Background in Data, AI, Engineering, Analytics, or an adjacent technical market
• Proven billing track record and strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while staying highly engaged with a team
