Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts
• Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions
• Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success
• Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback
• Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field
