Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time transcription of depositions using AI technology
- Transform digital recordings into written text within a two-day turnaround
- Maintain protocols of impartiality and professionalism while working on-camera during depositions
- Occasional on-site work at law offices may be required
- Standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime for extended depositions
Requirements:
- Associate degree or post-secondary education preferred, but not required
- Applicants from Pennsylvania, New York, and South Florida (Miami/Dade County) are preferred
- No previous legal experience is required
- Proven writing and proofreading skills with a focus on accuracy
- Strong typing and technology skills
- Ability to work remotely and possibly on-site when required
