Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist The Remote Data Entry Specialist role at arenaflex is a critical, home‑based position responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining high‑quality member and transaction data. You will work closely with the Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure that every piece of information captured aligns with regulatory standards and internal best practices. Your meticulous attention to detail will directly influence the accuracy of member records, reporting dashboards, and strategic decision‑making tools. Key Responsibilities • Accurately input member, account, and transaction data into arenaflex’s centralized database using proprietary and third‑party software platforms. • Validate source documents (e‑forms, scanned paperwork, PDFs, emails) for completeness, consistency, and compliance with data entry guidelines. • Perform routine data quality checks, flagging inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or out‑of‑range values for correction. • Collaborate virtually with team members, supervisors, and subject‑matter experts to resolve data discrepancies and clarify ambiguous information. • Maintain detailed logs of data entry activities, exceptions, and corrective actions to support audit trails and compliance reporting. • Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and data protection policies, ensuring member information is safeguarded at all times. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets while maintaining a high accuracy rate (minimum 99.5%). • Suggest process enhancements based on observed trends, bottlenecks, or recurring errors to improve overall data handling efficiency. • Participate in periodic virtual training sessions, webinars, and quality‑assurance reviews to stay current with evolving systems and regulatory requirements. • Provide backup support for other remote teams during peak periods, such as end‑of‑month reporting cycles or system migrations.
