Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage cloud-native Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tooling to manage and respond to data loss events
- Collaborate with security teams to design DLP implementations in line with the cybersecurity posture
- Lead investigations into DLP incidents, analyzing data logs and network traffic
- Regularly review and update DLP policies to keep pace with evolving threats and regulatory requirements
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for personnel on data security best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of IT Security experience, with at least 2 years supporting Federal or Defense RMF implementation
- At least 4 years of hands-on compliance experience
- Demonstrated mastery of DLP concepts, processes, and procedures
- Secret clearance required
- IAM Level II certification (e.g., CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP, Security+)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Google Workspace / Cloud
- Additional technical certifications such as CCNA, VCP, or MCSE
