The Customer Success Associate will act as a key resource for training and sustainability expertise, ensuring users maximize the value from Worldly tools.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical client contact for customer inquiries, answering 1st & 2nd level support tickets related to Worldly tools and sustainability questions to ensure users receive maximum value from their subscriptions
- Support the sales team by articulating the functionalities and value of Worldly tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on the development and adoption of Worldly tools, including Product Tools, Brand & Retail Modules, and Facility Tools
- Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education to ensure users are equipped to reduce their environmental and social impact
- Monitor new developments in sustainability, including technical advancements, legislative changes, and industry trends, and share insights internally to keep Worldly tools relevant
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to strengthen the organization and champion a culture of customer and partner success
- Manage multiple customer or partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are supported
Skills
- Knowledge of basic sustainability concepts and methodologies for measuring environmental and social impact, such as life cycle assessment (LCA)
- Experience working directly with clients to support their customer experience and business goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable metrics
- Complex project management experience, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- A commitment to sustainability, demonstrated through professional or personal experience
- Flexibility to work early or late hours and willingness to travel within the North American region to support Worldly's client base
- Knowledge of the apparel, footwear, and textile industry is a plus
- Experience in a technology/SaaS organization within a fast-paced, growing environment is a plus
