Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance and planning for C corps, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to our clients.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to support strategic tax planning initiatives and drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in complex tax matters and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax-related issues and providing exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies to drive business success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate tax, with a strong focus on C corps.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
