We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Consultant, Global Equity. As a key member of our global network, you will contribute to the management of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, ensuring operational compliance and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
- Review equity transaction activity and ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting to support ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday) and methods and interrelationships of data transfers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
