Responsibilities
• Help refine product-market fit
• Advise on valuation and capital stack implications
• Introduce pilot customers and strategic partners
• Support go-to-market strategy and PSF-based SaaS pricing
• Guide expansion across North America and global markets
Skills
• Experience in commercial real estate, including asset management, acquisitions, development, real estate private equity, brokerage, commercial lending, infrastructure funds, and institutional capital markets
• Experience with underwriting and refinancing environments
• Experience managing large-scale portfolios
