Responsibilities
• Apply clinical and scientific research expertise to create high-quality, challenging problems for AI model training
• Design domain-specific, real-world research tasks that improve the reasoning capabilities of large language models
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team of subject matter experts
• Review and refine research-oriented outputs for accuracy, depth, and clarity
Skills
• PhD in a STEM or clinical research–related field from a recognized institution
• Experience working with medical or scientific databases such as ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA, or CDC resources
• Professional research background in academia, pharmaceutical, or healthcare settings
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in English
• Currently based in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
