The successful candidate will review patient test requisitions and medical records, extracting key clinical information to enter into the database, while also engaging in disease-specific data curation, research, and publications.
Responsibilities
• Interpret and enter clinical data from test requisition forms and medical records
• Maintain and update clinical records
• Communicate with ordering clinicians for clarifications or additional records
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in biology or related field
• 2 years of related experience- healthcare background, data entry, admin support
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Database navigation skills
• Interest in genetic counseling
• Prior lab experience
