They are seeking a Senior Integration Architect to lead technical planning and integration strategy, manage relationships, and ensure successful end-to-end integration across multiple solutions.
Responsibilities
• Lead technical planning, integration strategy, and solution design across multiple systems and care settings
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for implementation projects, providing advisory guidance to customers and internal teams
• Manage complex relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Develop and oversee domain strategies, change-control processes, and issue-resolution workflows
• Provide integration oversight to ensure timelines, deliverables, and value commitments are met
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate integration risks, acting as an escalation point, as needed
• Offer domain and technical expertise to support project teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guide solution direction and enhance integration reliability and stability
• Lead customer-facing meetings, technical reviews, and solution walkthroughs
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to integration or system stability
• Develop detailed solution configurations and documentation for moderately complex implementations
• Work independently and exercise sound judgment when addressing technical, functional, or customer-related challenges
• Perform additional duties as required
Skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health solutions such as PowerChart, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory, INA, Financial, Reporting, and/or related domains
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Healthcare IT with a solid understanding of clinical workflows
• Prior experience as a consultant with domain expertise and/or project management oversight
• Working knowledge of healthcare industry standards and best practices
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define processes, methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies
• Strong awareness of data sensitivity and the importance of safeguarding client and corporate assets
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity
• Proven ability in domain expertise, project coordination, and client relationship management
• 4+ years of Healthcare IT consulting experience, including solution support, project management, or technical integration oversight
• Strong working knowledge of advanced Cerner/Oracle Health solution troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Cerner Central and cloud-based deployment strategies
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
