Job Summary:
We're looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, Customer Service, you will be responsible for driving high-visibility programs that directly impact the customer experience globally. You will possess and execute complex projects and programs, and will be viewed as a thought leader and innovator within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and deliver complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, driving and shaping the overall program's strategy and roadmap
- Define business and systems requirements, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Define and execute project plans, securing resources, and managing execution
- Clearly communicate objectives, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes
- Liaise with all departments, including technical teams, to ensure significant areas are participated in to foster expectations within their area to support project expectations
- Support partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program goals
- Engage with stakeholders across various geographies and time zones
- Make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market in consultation with stakeholders
- Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional, and remote stakeholders
- Develop change management processes related to program rollout and ongoing support
- Track delivery against program targets and implement recommendations to improve program services and efficiencies

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 3+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience making, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership
