Descriptions of Key Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Chairing the front desk to answer phone calls and host guests in good manner; Ensure cleanness, tidiness, safety, and security of the office environment; Customer/candidate welcome (lead to meeting room, serve drink);Make travel arrangement for staffs such as airline tickets, hotel reservation, etc.; Provide housekeeping services including mail and messenger delivery, ordering meals, arrange cleaning services, etc.; Maintenance of staff address book and seating chartManaging company assets, including procurement and maintenance of office equipment and office supplies; Ad hoc support for teams, departments and site-service function.Activities & Events support; Responding to management needs and make necessary arrangement; Minimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 1-2 years reception/administrative experiences Special Knowledge:
Computer basic knowledge, MS OfficeStrong communication skills in term of English and Mandarin Personal Qualification:
