They monitor and analyze quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance quality processes. Additionally, they provide support to quality assurance teams, assist in troubleshooting quality issues, and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: • Monitors and analyzes quality metrics to ensure compliance with established standards. • Identifies trends, discrepancies, and areas for process or performance improvement. • Assists in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. • Supports quality assurance teams with data analysis, reporting, and documentation. • Investigates and troubleshoots quality-related issues in collaboration with relevant departments. • Helps maintain and update quality control procedures, checklists, and workflows. • Prepares quality reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. • Participates in audits, reviews, and other quality assessment activities. • Supports training and communication around quality standards and best practices. • Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across teams. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in public health, healthcare administration, psychology, or a related field and three (3) or more years of relevant experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include: • Three (3) years or more of experience in quality assurance, compliance, clinical auditing, or administrative data review in a healthcare or nonprofit environment • Familiarity with documentation standards, Medi-Cal, DHCS, or other regulatory requirements • Proficiency in audit tracking tools, data entry/reporting systems and experience analyzing documentation for accuracy and compliance Apply Now Apply Now
