Product Manager AI (HR & Finance Solutions)
Own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered products supporting HR (People Services) and Finance/Procurement functions. This role drives two high-priority AI initiatives focused on improving hiring workflows and retention, as well as enabling intelligent supplier spend analytics to deliver measurable business value and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end AI product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, development, launch, and optimization
• Manage two parallel AI initiatives (HR-focused and Finance/Procurement-focused) with clear value realization goals
• Define and track OKRs, ensuring alignment with business and financial outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, data science, and engineering teams
• Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions, including predictive analytics and automation use cases
• Maintain product roadmap, sprint updates, and executive-level reporting
• Drive pilots, scaling, and continuous improvement of AI/ML models and workflows
• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and regulatory standards
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
Qualifications
• 10+ years of product management or related experience, including 5+ years in a Product Manager role
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle
• Proven stakeholder management across technical and business teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with data-driven decision making and enterprise systems
• Experience with AI/ML deployment, predictive modeling, or generative AI
• Background in HR, talent acquisition, finance, or procurement domains
• Knowledge of compliance, privacy, or regulated environments
• Experience with tools like JIRA or similar product management platforms
