Job Description:
• Develop and execute PandaDoc’s internal and external communications strategy aligned with marketing, product, and leadership priorities.
• Partner with Brand, Product, and executive leaders to define PandaDoc’s desired market perception and shape a long-term narrative arc.
• Build and own the communications strategy that brings that narrative to market over time.
• Drive measurable media coverage and share-of-voice growth by identifying trends, developing story angles, and managing proactive and reactive outreach.
• Partner closely with Product leadership to understand roadmap priorities and identify media-worthy developments or positioning angles for earned coverage.
• Define desired company perceptions and overarching story arcs, and design integrated communications strategies that reinforce those narratives across channels.
• Partner with the C-suite on thought-leadership programs including op-eds, speaking opportunities, and executive social visibility.
• Create owned content that positions PandaDoc as a trusted, category-leading brand.
• Define and track communications KPIs including share of voice, sentiment, media quality, and brand impact and deliver results to leadership.
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing communications, public relations, or media strategy.
• Proven success leading integrated PR campaigns that drive measurable awareness and credibility.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS media landscape (tech, startup, business, and trade).
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills; experience coaching executives is a plus.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
• Experience managing agencies or vendors.
