Job Description:
• Writing high-engagement, platform-specific captions that capture the emotional heart of each episode and encourage viewer interaction.
• Testing clips through trial reels, Facebook ad A/B tests, and other rapid experimentation methods to identify which moments, hooks, and captions are most likely to perform before scaling distribution.
• Managing the end-to-end posting process, including uploading all video clips, thumbnails, and assets across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Creating and maintaining a robust social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting cadence.
• Pulling key metrics from each episode and social post to provide minor reports on what is resonating with the audience and where we can improve.
• Monitoring comments and trends to keep our community active and connected to the mission.
• Working closely with podcast production team for winning content strategy that cuts through the noise.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for high-growth creators, podcasts, or digital media brands.
• A natural ability to write hooks that grab attention and captions that tell a story.
• Deep knowledge of social media landscape, algorithms, and best practices for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and Facebook.
• Ability to look at a dashboard of metrics and translate them into actionable insights for the creative team, including 7-day and 30-day reports.
• A passion for creating content that makes a positive impact on the world.
