About the Role
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. This role involves working alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely from home on weekend days. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support.
- Coordinate and liaise with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits across multiple systems.
- Support client needs by providing reporting and data related to claimant medications, demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' requirements.
- Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Adapt to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Respond to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on various topics related to claimant medications, providing clear and concise information.
- Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing your ability to be a team player and take on new challenges.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
