- Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients, ensuring timely delivery of equipment
- Troubleshoot problems based on patient input, addressing the scope and magnitude of failure
- Verify orders are complete and accurate, ensuring seamless delivery of equipment and services

Essential Qualifications
