Key Responsibilities Complete bi-weekly in-home reassessments for veteran clients Visit approximately 12–15 clients per week Schedule appointments directly with clients Verify and update medications and health status Document all findings in our Swift Ops system Compensation & Schedule Paid for 2 hours per client (includes visit, scheduling, and documentation time) Visits average ~30 minutes each Mileage reimbursement included Average monthly earnings: ~$2,000 Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (required) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently Why Join ComForCare?
