Key Responsibilities
- Implement plan-o-gram updates, stock displays or shelves, complete surveys and audits, and assist in store remodels or tag products with security materials
- Service multiple locations and customers on a reoccurring basis within a predetermined territory
- Work independently onsite at our retailer locations, reporting directly to a District Manager
- Manage your time effectively, accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos, and travel expenses in a timely manner
- Utilize smartphone technology to stay connected and complete tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
- Maintain a high level of ethics and integrity in all work practices
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Smartphone technology knowledge (e.g., using apps to report on work hours, photos, and travel expenses)
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A high level of ethics and integrity in all work practices
- Self-motivation and organization, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Being at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Previous merchandising or retail experience
- Familiarity with plan-o-gram updates and visual merchandising principles
- Experience working with retail management teams and providing excellent customer service
