Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, meeting client turnaround times.
- Navigate through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring efficient and effective processing.
- Differentiate between various claim types and follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify specific document types that require special handling and process them accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed within designated turnaround times, promoting a cohesive and productive team environment.
- Support additional workflows as needed, adapting to internal or external requirements and demonstrating flexibility.

Essential Qualifications
