Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Customer Service and Ramp Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will be working on the ramp, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely lift, load, dump, and transport cargo, mail, and freight to and from aircraft, as well as being responsible for on-time connections by directing arriving and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
- Protect Freight, cargo, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
- Safely drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Repeatedly lift and load cargo onto trucks and ensure each package arrives at its destination.
- Operate cargo scanners and computers to ensure cargo and freight are routed accurately to the passenger's destination.
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational process and procedure.

- Ability to occasionally lift packages or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
- Work a fixed as well as rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
