About the Role
As a Part Time Customer Service and Lot Attendant at blithequark, you will be the face of our exceptional service, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need every step of the way. Your role will involve working as part of a supportive team to inspect and maintain equipment, assist customers using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment, and provide education on our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers inside and outside the blithequark center with our products and services, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems.
- Move and hook up trucks and trailers, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and ready for customer use.
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding our products and services, providing expert advice and guidance whenever needed.
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks, with certification offered through blithequark upon employment.
- Drive a forklift, with certification offered through blithequark upon employment, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through blithequark University, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
