As a Conversion Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of converting the stadium for various events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift and move furniture, retractable seating, staging equipment, and other objects to prepare the facility for events, demonstrating physical stamina and attention to detail.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of synthetic turf during sporting and private events, ensuring that the playing surface is safe and ready for action.
• Document and maintain records of Requisition Conversion activities, including personnel issues and departmental needs, to ensure seamless communication with supervisors and other teams.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following proper procedures to minimize risks and ensure a smooth conversion process.
• Assist in the maintenance and management of equipment inventory, ensuring that all tools, supplies, and equipment are properly stored and accounted for.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Part Time Conversion Technician at Allegiant Stadium, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a basic level of education and commitment to learning.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
• The ability to work overnight hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively understand and follow instructions, as well as collaborate with team members.
• The physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and perform various tasks that require bending, kneeling, climbing, grasping, stretching, and stooping.
• The ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
