**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers

**Qualifications**

**Shift and Availability**
