Job Summary: As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming experience for our members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure a superior level of service, addressing the needs of our members while maintaining a clean and organized club environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
- Manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls, checking in members, processing new sign-ups, and conducting club tours.
- Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Requirements:
- Preferred background in customer service.
- Basic computer skills.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with members and coworkers.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
