This is a relationship-driven outreach role for someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations, and identifying opportunities — without the pressure of closing deals.
Due to the level of access involved, this role operates under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and is intentionally selective
The Environment You’ll Be Working In
You’ll be helping generate opportunities for established music and media properties that operate with:
• International audiences
• Hundreds of thousands of followers across platforms
• Millions of cumulative streams and views
• Active touring, releases, campaigns, and partnerships
This is not outreach for unknown brands.
This is opportunity scouting for a live, operating ecosystem.
What Makes This Role Different
This is not sales.
You are not required to close deals, negotiate contracts, or chase payments.
Your role is simple and focused:
Identify the right people → reach out professionally → spark interest → hand off warm leads.
If a deal closes, you get paid.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
As an Outreach & Opportunity Scout, you will:
• Research venues, brands, organizations, and decision-makers
• Reach out via email, phone, or DM using clear talking points
• Introduce high-level opportunities at a top-line level
• Ask one simple question:“Would you be open to exploring this?”
• Pass interested leads directly to the executive team for closing
You do not handle:
• Negotiation
• Contracts
• Pricing
• Follow-up beyond initial interest
You open the door.
The system takes it from there.
Compensation Structure
• 10% commission on every deal that closes from your leads
• Paid per closed opportunity
• No cap on earnings
Examples:
• $1,000 booking → $100 commission
• $2,500 booking → $250 commission
• $5,000 partnership → $500 commission
• You earn based on results, not hours.
