Job Description:
• Support the sustainment of large‑scale S/4HANA environments and supporting applications in partnership with MSPs or RISE with SAP providers.
• Sustain IT operations using ServiceNow and ITSM practices, ensuring smooth service delivery and governance
• Own vendor relationships, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and driving accountability across managed service providers
• Develop and maintain documentation of system processes, procedures, and IT governance standards
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), including Active Directory and Azure AD
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
• IT Operations experience, overseeing infrastructure, service management
• Vendor management experience, with a proven track record of holding third‑party providers accountable
• Oversee Azure cloud environments and IT operations, with a focus on governance, vendor management, and resilience
