Job Description:
• Managing key mailboxes: Onboarding, Project Start, Purchase Orders and Invoice Issues
• Collaborating with both internal and external customers
• Investigating billing discrepancies and managing invoicing and collections
• Building accounts in Salesforce, D365, EQAI & AESOP
• Sending Contracts to GM's for execution
• Communicating with Credit, Customer Service and Sales regarding new account builds
• Uploading executed contracts to D365 & Salesforce
• Receiving work orders from the field and building D365 projects
• Receiving purchase orders, confirming pricing and terms
• Updating Sales Tax Exemptions, profile fees, customer service contacts, etc.
Requirements:
• 2 - 4 years of data entry experience
• Customer Service experience required
• Billing experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
• High School Diploma - preferred
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Knowledge of basic accounting processes
• Detail Oriented for information accuracy
