What You’ll Do as a Virtual Nurse Practitioner:
- Provide virtual consultations, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver patient-centered care.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, care coordinators, and specialists to optimize patient care.
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness.
- Stay updated on telehealth best practices, technology, and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in multiple states, required.
- Experience delivering care via telehealth platforms (preferred).
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Proficient in using EHR systems and telehealth technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to provide care across multiple time zones and weekend shifts, as needed.
