The Operations Reporting Specialist role involves producing operational reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with various internal teams to support reporting needs.
Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute standard and ad hoc Multilife and Inforce operational reports
- Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate data issues
- Respond to internal inquiries related to reporting definitions, trends, and anomalies
- Support escalation resolution by gathering data and providing operational insight
- Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and process references
- Collaborates with Operations, Technology, and Account Management partners
- Ensure service expectations and commitments are met consistently
Skills
- 0–2 years of operations, reporting, or analytical experience
- Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Experience performing structured reporting and operational support work
- Ability to effectively use established reporting processes, tools, and controls to deliver accurate, reliable results
- Demonstrated judgment in identifying when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate complex or ambiguous items appropriately
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills preferred
