The role involves creating and managing content across various platforms, designing marketing materials, and executing email marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and email
- Design marketing materials using Canva (static posts, stories, signs, beauty sheets, listing collateral)
- Write, schedule, and publish engaging social content, including polls, stories, and interactive posts
- Support and execute email marketing campaigns for listings, launches, and announcements
- Assist with light video editing and formatting for social platforms (experience is a plus)
- Think strategically about campaign flow, sequencing, and launch timing
- Pitch creative ideas, content concepts, and campaign strategies directly to leadership
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail
- Organize marketing assets, templates, and files across platforms
Skills
- Strong Canva skills (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow projects through
- Creative thinker who takes ownership and initiative
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Real estate or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
