About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, the role leads one of two teams of People & Culture (P&C) professionalstodeliveroutstandingcustomerservicetomanagersandemployeesatour Melbourne Public Hospital. Working with both line managers and senior leaders, the role is a trusted advisor to the organisation.

The role also represents St Vincent's Melbourne Public Hospital in Victorian Hospitals Industrial Association (VHIA) reference groups and leads SVHM representation to VHIA for all industrial matters including enterprise agreement negotiations, implementation and the ongoing management of industrial advice on the enterprise agreements.

Key duties include

The role is covered by the Health and Allied, Managers and Admin Award, Grade 5, with an over-award total remuneration package ranging from $140,000 to $150,000 (inclusive of superannuation), commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
