Job Description:
• Execute CRM & lifecycle activities
• Support the setup and operation of campaigns across email, in-app/pop-up, push and WhatsApp channels
• Work on user segmentation, journey building and campaign calendar planning
• Support QA (quality check) processes before sends
• Monitor live campaigns and support operational adjustments
• Track and report KPIs such as open rate, click-through rate and conversion
• Help identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Support running A/B tests and experiments
• Work in a fast experimentation environment
• Support and, when directed, conduct quantitative surveys and quick user interviews
• Assist with backlog organization and the team's recurring routines
• Create and maintain briefs, documentation and checklists for campaigns and releases

• Genuine interest in Growth, CRM and digital products
• Aptitude for quickly learning tools and processes
• Basic understanding of digital metrics and funnel
• Comfortable with operational routines and quality assurance (QA) checks
