About the Role

This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who wants to break into Customer Success in SaaS.

You’ll work closely with Senior CSMs to support customer onboarding, communication, and ongoing account management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple tasks without dropping details.
