Job Summary:
The Part-Time Center Associate will be responsible for:
- Delivering world-class customer service to retail customers
- Receiving and processing packages for courier shipment
- Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices
- Providing accurate information on products, services, and best-value options
- Exhibiting confidence in knowing industry best practices
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
- Takes ownership of customer shipping needs and offers viable solutions
- Operate equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Sell products and services, including upselling and cross-selling
- Perform packaging, shipping, document, and mailbox services
- Opening and closing procedures, including turning on systems and tending to tasks
- Cleaning and upkeep of the store
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible with a willingness to learn
- Able to lift 40+ pounds and work 25-30 hours per week
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat 9-4p / Sun 11-4p) and/or afternoon M-F shifts (2p - 6:30p et)
