Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Mountain Home, AR. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are properly displayed and maintained at retail outlets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain product displays in compliance with company standards
- Maintain appropriate product levels, shelf allocation, and cold drink equipment
- Provide excellent customer service through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance, and adhere to company appearance standards
- Utilize personal vehicle to travel between stores on assigned route, with mileage reimbursement
- Meet customer service expectations, and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers
- Train new and existing employees, and complete training checklists
- Maintain merchandising standards, rotate products, and transport point of sale advertising and coupons
- Report market conditions, low stock conditions, and any unsafe conditions to management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- One year of general work experience, with minimal supervision
- Twelve months of prior Pull-Up experience with the company, with satisfactory performance appraisal
- Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack, and lift/move product
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, respond to common inquiries, and perform basic mathematical calculations
