As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customer base, troubleshooting and repairing office equipment, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair office equipment, including copiers, printers, fax machines, and other devices
- Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Manage time, resources, and territorial considerations to optimize service delivery

Requirements:
- Mechanical and electrical mindset, with a strong understanding of office equipment and technology
- Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
- Strong computer knowledge and technical skills
