Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Advance and sell air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders
- Assist with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance
- Interpret government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
- Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times
- Provide support to distressed passengers and customers
- Safeguard company property and revenue
- Ensure safe travel practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
- Bilingual language skills, preferred in certain locations
