About the Role
We're seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote, Bilingual in Spanish and English to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers, resolving routine issues, and answering questions about their products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer issues.
- Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our clients' customers.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer that meets our technical requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
