Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for a wide variety of clients. In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide customers with quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
- Explain and position products and processes with customers
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
- Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
Candidate Qualifications:
If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. To be considered for this position, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Have basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- Have an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Be able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Have strong team orientation and customer focus
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Essential and Preferred Qualifications:
While a background in customer service or sales is preferred, we're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow with our team. If you have experience in the Advertising & Public Relations sector, that's a definite plus.
