Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Meeting sales objectives as defined.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional results. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English: You'll need to be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with our customers.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required, with a preference for call center experience.
- Age and Education: You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have basic typing skills (25 wpm). You'll also need to be able to use Windows operating systems.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
- Availability and Flexibility: You'll need to be available to work various shifts and have a flexible schedule.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience is preferred.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet Connection: You'll need a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of Internet Speed: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure that you meet our requirements.
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace to ensure that you can focus on your work.
