Tulsa Shade Co. specializes in high-end motorized patio screens and outdoor living solutions. We generate a strong volume of inbound leads daily and are building a centralized team to handle lead conversion and follow-up so our field sales team can focus on closing.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for handling all inbound leads (calls, texts, web inquiries), converting them into scheduled appointments, and executing consistent follow-up to recover deals that would otherwise be lost.
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role. You will be expected to move quickly, stay organized, and take ownership of the pipeline in front of you.
What You’ll DoInbound Lead Handling (Priority #1)
• Answer incoming calls immediately
• Respond to all inbound texts and inquiries quickly
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments
• Provide ballpark estimates via text when needed
Appointment Conversion
• Turn inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Follow up same-day on any unbooked leads
• Maintain urgency and clear communication with every lead
Follow-Up & Lead Recovery
• Manage follow-up on leads that have gone cold (21+ days)
• Send manual texts and make outbound calls
• Re-engage leads and move them back into active sales
Pipeline Management
• Keep all leads organized and updated in CRM
• Ensure no missed messages or unworked conversations
• Maintain clear next steps for every opportunity
Service Call Intake (Light Duty)
• Log service requests and route to service team
Compensation
• Hourly: $18–$25/hr (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonuses tied to:
• Call answer rate (minimizing missed calls)
• Speed of response to inbound leads
• Lead re-engagement and recovery
• Overall follow-up consistency and pipeline activity
This role has a direct impact on revenue. High performers will be rewarded accordingly.

• Full-time
• Must be available during business hours (Central Time)
• Phone coverage is critical — responsiveness is non-negotiable
