Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced HR Integration Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity. This is a fully remote position within the United States. This role supports the execution of HR-related workstreams tied to acquisitions and organizational integrations. The HR Integration Project Coordinator is responsible for building structured project plans based on leadership direction, maintaining detailed trackers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on schedule. Responsibilities • Maintain comprehensive project trackers for HR acquisition and integration initiatives • Coordinate and monitor timelines for benefits transitions, payroll conversions, HRIS integrations, policy harmonization, and compensation alignment efforts • Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across internal HR teams and external vendors • Support HR data integration efforts, including tracking data migration, data cleansing activities, auditing, and validation prior to system go-live • Facilitate recurring integration meetings; document decisions, action items, and ownership • Follow up with payroll, benefits, HR operations, brokers, vendors, and leadership to ensure deadlines are met • Identify risks, timeline conflicts, and bottlenecks; escalate issues appropriately • Ensure implementation sequencing aligns with employee communication plans • Maintain centralized documentation for acquired entities • Support process standardization across multiple acquisitions • Assist with post-integration reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability without direct reporting authority • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills Preferred • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations • PMP certification or formal project management training • Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi-entity environments • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll system implementations HR Integration Project Coordinator - 26-00145
