Our client in the digital health space is seeking a General Manager, Product and Growth to oversee the P&L, strategic direction, roadmap, and operational performance of their metabolic health product line.
Role Highlights:
• Full ownership of product strategy, growth, and P&L performance
• Lead a flagship digital health solution within a rapidly scaling organization
• Drive clinical partner integrations, go-to-market alignment, and product-led growth initiatives
• Shape new care models, program expansions, and market-ready product capabilities
Key Qualifications:
• Extensive experience leading B2B2C product initiatives
• Demonstrated success owning a digital health product end-to-end
• A proven track record growing digital health products through increased enrollment, activation, and engagement
• Strong operational expertise, including scalable workflows, partner integrations, and process optimization
• 10+ years of product management experience in digital health or a similarly regulated environment
• Effective cross-functional leadership across Clinical, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Preferred: experience in telehealth, metabolic health, PBMs, or EHR/EMR integrations
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus 20 percent annual bonus.
