We are a U.S.-based law firm with a consistent and growing volume of sophisticated corporate work. We are seeking an experienced corporate attorney with general counsel–level judgment to support ongoing transactions and advisory matters for small to middle-market, growth-stage, and pre-IPO companies.
This is not a one-off project. We have significant overage work and are intentionally building a bench of senior-level attorneys who can be allocated matters aligned with their specific strengths (M&A, PE, governance, financings, etc.).
Approximately 85% of our clients are U.S.-based, with 15% international (Europe, LATAM, Middle East). Cross-border awareness is a plus, not a requirement.
The Work:
Depending on your background, you may handle:
• Buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Private equity investments and portfolio company support
• Growth-stage and pre-IPO corporate structuring
• Commercial agreements and strategic transactions
• Board, governance, and general counsel-style advisory
• Investor materials, diligence, and transaction management
• Ongoing legal support for founder-led and sponsor-backed companies
Work is allocated based on what you are genuinely good at—not a one-size-fits-all role.
Ideal Background:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate law
• Prior BigLaw and/or in-house experience strongly preferred
• Deep familiarity with how deals actually run, not just drafting
• Comfortable advising founders, executives, and investors
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Clear, business-minded communicator (not academic or overly theoretical)
Logistics:
• Fully Remote
• Flexible, part-time or project-based
• U.S. law firm; international clients included
• Competitive hourly or project-based compensation, commensurate with experience
Why This Role:
• High-quality work without BigLaw hours
• Sophisticated clients and transactions
• Long-term potential for the right fit
• You’ll be treated like a professional—not managed like a junior associate
To Apply:

1. Your background (firm/in-house, years, transaction types)
