Because of our rapid growth, we’re now looking for a Founding Head of Growth to help us build and scale our user acquisition engine from the ground up.

You will own growth from day one.
Your mission is simple:
—Build predictable, scalable user acquisition channels.
— Generate warm leads for our sales organization.
— Turn AgentPM into the #1 AI platform contractors are talking about.
This is not a corporate marketing job.
This is a high-responsibility builder role where you will define:
• Growth strategy
• Funnels
• Messaging
• User acquisition systems
• Demand generation
• Outbound & inbound automation
• Top-of-funnel velocity
You will work directly with the founders to fuel rapid adoption in an industry starving for modernization.

Responsibilities
You will:
• Build and execute our full growth strategy from zero
• Create funnels that convert contractors into demo bookings
• Develop outbound + inbound lead generation systems
• Improve sales rep efficiency through warmer leads
• Launch referral and affiliate programs
• Lead our content, email, and demand gen strategy
• Run rapid growth experiments and track performance
• Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging
• Identify and scale winning acquisition channels
• Build early brand presence in communities, trades groups, and social platforms
• Collaborate directly with founders and engineering to align growth + product
This role has autonomy, ownership, and authority from day one.

Compensation Structure
Early Stage (Pre-Funding):
Equity-Based Compensation
0.25% – 1% stock options (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
Amount depends on experience & involvement.
• Performance Bonuses
Bonuses for hitting demo-booking and lead-generation milestones.
• Future Salary Path
When revenue/funding milestones are reached, compensation becomes:
• Base Salary + Bonuses + Equity
