We sell rural land in Texas and generate leads through Facebook advertising. We’re looking for someone who can help us optimize and scale our ad campaigns to consistently attract serious land buyers.

We’re seeking an expert who can analyze our existing Facebook Ads account, identify inefficiencies, and provide clear strategies to improve results and scale what’s working.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a full audit of our Facebook Ads account
- Analyze campaign structure, audiences, creative performance, and budget allocation
- Identify inefficiencies, wasted spend, and missed opportunities
- Evaluate current ad creatives and messaging
- Review lead generation funnels and conversion tracking
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance
- Suggest strategies for scaling profitable campaigns
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience running Facebook lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and conversion optimization
- Experience with real estate, land, or high-ticket lead generation (preferred)
- Ability to diagnose performance issues and provide clear strategic direction
- Data-driven mindset focused on cost per lead and ROI
